Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud For Sage 300c

Sage 300c Intelligence Reporting Cloud is a tool for financial reporting that’s part of Sage 300c software. This tool provides ready-made reports available online, which can also be accessed via Microsoft Excel. The reports can be customized or users can also generate new reports as per the needs of their business.

The reporting tool is run via the Sage 300 server. Users must utilize the ‘Intelligence’ menu on Sage 300c web screens for accessing Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud and preparing reports on the Sage 300 company data.

NOTE: In order to access the Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud, users must be part of a security group that has ‘Financial Reporter’ security authorization for Sage 300 General Ledger and ‘Sage 300 Web API’ security authorization for Sage 300 Common Services.

The ready-to-use financial reports in Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud provides users instant insights about their businesses. These reports can be customized or users can make and save their own reports, so that users don’t have to recreate reports every time they run them. Users can also update reports to sort results based on accounts, group categories, or account groups. This can be done by making copies of reports and updating row sets.

Printing Reports

Sage 300 reports are printed from report screens in the web app and Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud reports using a Microsoft XLSX files that users have downloaded or opened from Sage 300c ‘s ‘Intelligence ‘ menu

NOTE: The ‘Reports’ list can be utilised for generating shortcuts to the often-used reports.

Printing a Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud report

Users must select ‘Intelligence’ in the navigation menu and then select ‘Open’. Then, they must use the Sage Intelligence Reporting Cloud for opening and printing reports.

Printing a Sage 300 report

• Users must go to the Sage 300c home page and then utilise the navigation menu or the ‘Reports’ list for opening a Sage 300 report. Next, they must create the settings for the report.
• NOTE: Users can go to the ‘Help’ menu and read help topics for instructions.
• Next, users must select ‘Print’, which will open the report in another browser tab in the SAP Crystal Reports viewer.
• Users must then click either ‘Print’ or ‘Export’ for printing or exporting the file.
