Resolution 1: Ensure the QB Database Server Manager is setup suitably on their computer Server
  • Installed the QuickBooks on the computer Server
  • After installation, the user needs to start menu and come in the database and tick on the QuickBooks Server Manager.
  • Tick start scanning
  • Complete the scanning and check the error
Resolution 2:  Situate the Hosting on Computer Server

Pursue these steps if the user has installed the complete program on their computer server, not just the database directory.
  • Go into QuickBooks and open it on the server, and open the file menu option and choose the Utilities
  • Here the user need choose the submenu and select the Multi-User host Access.
  • Choose Yes to the Start hosting multi-user access/ Host multi-user access window
  • The user will see the Company file must be shutdown window choose Yes.
  • Read the text and choose the ok button of the Multi-user setup information’ screen.
  • The user can now switch to Multi-User Mode as of the file menu
Resolution 3: Moodily Local System Account QuickBooks DBXX
  • Tick on start
  • Go into a search bar and write MSC and push the enter button.
  • Right tick on the QuickBooks DBXX service
  • Click Properties.
  • Tick on the Properties
  • Choose the Log On tab.
  • Select the radio key on the next to Local System account
  • Tick on the application then choose on ok and again switch to Multi-User
Resolution 4: Uninstall and Reinstall QB on their Server system
  • If the above resolution step is not useful, the user can Uninstall and Reinstall QB on their Server system
