- The user needs to verify if the system meets the software requirements

- The installation process will be awaited to finish
- The user can activate the software by opening it
- All the company files will be opened one by one and permission will be granted to the software to convert company files to the latest version ( Sage 2019)
- Sage 50 2019 will be closed and then the new version of the software will be open to validate whether the software is ready to be used or not
