Option 1: Run the Account Matcher Tool

  1. Make sure the QuickBooks Customer option is set to Active
  2. Ensure the status is not listed as Vendor or it is mentioned in the List menu of the Other Names field
  3. Browse to DataSynch Web Dashboard. To reach the option, you can follow the following steps:
    1. Click Start
    2. Choose Programs
    3. Select Pervasive DataSynch
    4. Click DataSynch Web Interface
  4. From there, choose Account Matcher
Once the process is complete, you need to check if the Customer ListID category in the Salesforce account has been filled with the correct data.

Option 2: Solving Duplicate Salesforce Account issue

  1. Log in to the Salesforce
  2. Locate the Accounts tab and click it
  3. Click Merge Accounts link present in the bottom right corner of the window
  4. You will get a text box. Write the name of the duplicate account and authorize to merge them
  5. Make sure the value already there under the Customer ListID is not deleted
